Kyungmo Stanley Park, Ph.D.

Chief Technology Officer


Stanley has always shown consistent dedication to the digital transformation of NextGen Services, which is visible in his 15 years of industry and research experience in many aspects of media technology and solution for consumer electronics, networks, and distributed environments. Before joining the company, he led SK Telecom's development of 5G-ATSC3.0, a convergence technology innovated with Broadcasting and Mobile/OTT streaming. At Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, Stanley worked with the multimedia system technology & research laboratory– and led the development of 5G and ATSC 3.0 systems at the company's advanced research & development hub known as Samsung Research. Also, Stanley made his mark in various organizations; he was a Chairman of the cloud-media & media transport workgroup in MPEG and a member of 3GPP and ATSC for the International Standard activity.


Stanley's achievements are recorded in many publications such as papers, patents, and International Standards-related documents on advanced media technology for mobile, multimedia systems, and applications. As a technologist and visionary, he has given numerous talks at major conferences and workshops on business and technology innovations in media system technology and services.

Stanley holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from KyungHee University.


Drew Sullins

General Manager


Drew joined Sinclair in 2022 as its Senior Director for Technology Program Management.  A retired U.S. Army colonel with more than 30 years military service, he has led or managed several Department of Defense (DoD) and private industry IT and non-IT projects. His largest IT project was leading the development of a joint training information management system for DoD. Prior to joining Sinclair, he spent three years working as a program manager for a Maryland based cybersecurity company.


Highlights from his military career include commanding Army units at multiple levels through the grade of colonel and serving as both a strategic planner and project manager for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon. He also deployed overseas three times in support of peacekeeping operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina and combat operations in Southwest Asia. Drew has master’s degrees from both the University of Maryland and the U.S. Army War College and a bachelor's degree from Texas State University. 


His interests outside of work include spending time with family, flying as a private pilot, playing men's fast pitch baseball and reading/studying military history and geo-political military strategy.



Niakam Kazemi, Ph.D.

Global Chief Technology Officer


Niakam began his professional journey as an industrial engineer, designing and developing ERP systems. He later earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science and applied information technology while continuing to build software systems of varying scales and complexity. Over the past three decades, Niakam has held diverse roles across industries such as manufacturing, education, non-profit, finance, healthcare, and broadcasting, gaining deep cross-industry expertise.


For 15 years, he led his own IT consulting company, ADABTEK, advising organizations on technology strategy and innovation. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he joined Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2023 as the principal product architect to develop a Data Distribution as a Service Platform, drawn to the project’s pioneering vision.

Complementing his technical and leadership experience, Niakam has completed formal executive education for CTOs at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, further strengthening his strategic and leadership capabilities.


Beyond industry contributions, Niakam has authored books in computer science, taught at universities, and holds patents for some of his earlier innovations. Committed to lifelong learning, he continues to drive technological advancements with a strong entrepreneurial focus.
